Event draws concrete producers and aggregate industry professionals from across the state
San Antonio, TX: June 10–12, 2026 — CMQ Engineering USA exhibited at the 72nd annual meeting of the Texas Aggregates & Concrete Association (TACA), held at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort. The event drew ready mixed concrete producers and aggregate industry professionals from across the state for presentations, meetings, award ceremonies, golf and sporting clays outings, and even a concert by country music artist Robert Earl Keen.
Exhibit Hall
This year’s event is widely reputed to be the most highly-attended annual meeting in the Texas Aggregates & Concrete Association’s 72-year history, with a record number of exhibitors. CMQ Engineering USA’s Dave DeFeo and Michael Maddox were on-hand in the exhibit hall, promoting the Advantage 250™ concrete batch plant, with its precision inline aggregate blending system. Many visitors to the exhibit were interested in learning more about the plant, as well as the company’s Portabatch™ mobile concrete batch plant.
Outdoor Activities
In addition to the many available diversions at the JW Marriott Hill Country’s expansive resort, TACA 72 attendees also had the option of attending an off-site sporting clays tournament at Joshua Creek Ranch in Boerne. Other attendees opted for the golf tournament, held at Canyons Golf Course on-site at the resort.
