Pugmill Features

The innovative design of the twin shaft concrete mixer ensures a consistent flow of the product output according to the weight of the infeed product. Material is introduced into the pugmill from the end opposite the drive, providing complete and easy access for inspecting and maintaining the electric motor, gearbox, and hydraulic system. The robust twin-shaft mixing action effectively transforms raw material into a continuous stream of output product.
This steel case mixer has top access on both sides for upkeep and cleaning. The hydraulically actuated radial bottom doors open for washing and exposure of the entire mixing chamber. Due to this unique radial door design, there’s no risk of material buildup. Additionally, a poly lining is fixed to the incoming product end wall, preventing any accumulation on that surface.
